4. Commitments and Responsibilities
a. Company Commitments:
Provide high quality services according to professional standards

Keeping customer information confidential

Providing technical support during office hours

b. Customer Obligations:
Provide true and complete information

Commitment to counseling sessions

Pay the agreed upon fees on time

5. Fees and Payment
All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT

Advance payment unless otherwise agreed upon

Fees are not refunded after the service is initiated

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance

Fees are non-refundable after counseling sessions have started

If canceled by the company, a full refund is given

7. Privacy and confidentiality
We are committed to protecting customer data in accordance with personal data protection regulations

Customer information is not shared with third parties without consent

Data is stored securely and for a limited time

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and training materials are the property of the company

Copying or distributing content without written permission is not permitted
